Temporary work

Temporary work services, also known as employee leasing, are a form of employment in which the employment agency is the actual employer, and its employee performs work for the Client using these services.

All formalities related to employment, payment of remuneration and employee benefits remain with the Agency, which in a way acts as an intermediary. When providing temporary work services, the Agency signs two contracts, the first with the employee, the second with the Client, called the employer-user.

By signing a temporary work contract with the employee, the Agency becomes their employer. It delegates the employee to perform work for its Client. The employee performs their duties under the direction of the Client. The Agency, as the formal employer, deals with all HR and payroll services related to the employment of the employee, calculates and pays remuneration, settles holidays, pays income tax advances, ZUS contributions, etc.

  • a quick response to changing business conditions without the long-term commitments associated with traditional employment
  • seasonal increase in demand for employees
  • temporary replacement in the event of long-term absences of full-time employees
  • implementation of projects related to the optimization of employment costs
