I. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy specifies the method of collecting, processing and storing personal data necessary to provide services electronically via the website in the domain www.done4you.pl (hereinafter: Service).

The administrator of the Users’ personal data is Done 4 You Consulting sp. z o.o., registered office address: Patriotow 110, local 215 C, 04-844 Warsaw, NIP: 952-22-48-181, e-mail address: biuro@done4you.pl (hereinafter: Administrator).

Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (general data protection regulation) (hereinafter: RODO).

The data collected by the Administrator will be:

  • processed in accordance with the law,
  • processed for clearly defined purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes,
  • substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
  • stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

II. Purpose and legal basis of data processing

The Administrator processes personal data necessary to provide and develop the offered services available through the Service and its individual functionalities.

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • handling inquiries via the contact form
  • communication with the User in order to provide her/him with the necessary information and build positive and reliable relations with her/him, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator
  • promotion by the Administrator of its own products and/or services and those of its Partners by sending marketing information (newsletter) electronically, provided that the User has agreed to receive such notifications via e-mail
    providing access to information on industry news directly related to the Administrator’s activity, provided that the User has agreed to receive such notifications via e-mail;
  • for analytical and statistical purposes based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in verifying the activity of Users and their preferences in order to optimize services and products and the functionalities of the Website used
  • possible determination, pursuit of claims or defense against them based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in protecting its rights.

The Service performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following manner:

  • Through data entered voluntarily in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
  • Through saving cookie files in end devices (so-called “cookies”).

III. Period of personal data processing

Data processed based on consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, provided that the withdrawal of this consent does not affect the compliance of the data processing carried out before such withdrawal.

IV. Information about processing

Depending on the purpose of processing, personal data may be disclosed to:

  • entities associated with the Administrator
  • entities cooperating with the Administrator
  • subcontractors, in particular entities providing and servicing selected IT systems and solutions
  • companies with which the Administrator cooperates in the scope of its own marketing
  • hosting company
  • company handling mailings
  • company handling SMS messages
  • law offices
  • public authorities.

Personal data processed by the Administrator will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.

V. Rights of the data subjects

The Service User has the right to:

  • access the content of their personal data
  • correct the data
  • delete the data
  • limit the processing of data
  • transfer the data
  • object to the processing based on the legitimate interest of the administrator
    withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal
    The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in a situation where they consider that the processing violates their rights and freedoms.
    In the process of data processing, there is no automated decision-making, including profiling.

VI. Information about cookies

The Service uses cookies.

Cookies files (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.

The entity that places cookies on the end device of the Service User and obtains access to them is the Service operator.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  • maintaining the Service User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service;
  • achieving the purposes specified above in the section “Important marketing techniques”.

The Service uses two basic types of cookies: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or disabling the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

Limitations on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service’s websites.

Cookies placed on the Service User’s end device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Service operator, in particular the following companies: Google (Google Inc. based in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc. based in the USA).

VII. Final clause

The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to this Privacy Policy, while ensuring that the rights of Users resulting from this document will not be limited.

The User will be informed of any changes to the Privacy Policy via a message available on the Service.
